The vacuum high speed disperser is a double-shaft workhorse in the production of high-viscosity materials that require bubble-free mixing. It combines high-speed dispersion, low-speed anchor mixing, wall scraper and vacuum degassing in one machine.
How It Works
The high-speed sawtooth disc generates strong shear force for particle size reduction, while the low-speed anchor agitator and wall scraper ensure complete material circulation. The vacuum system removes air bubbles and volatile solvents simultaneously.

This machine is primarily suitable for medium to high-viscosity materials, especially slurries that require high-speed dispersion and degassing. The low-speed anchor agitator and wall scraper handle even very high-viscosity products effectively.
Our standard jacket electric heating system is typically designed to reach a maximum of 150°C. Higher temperatures can be achieved with thermal oil or customized high-pressure steam systems.
Degassing time depends on the material's viscosity and characteristics. Usually, it takes only 10-30 minutes to reduce the air bubble content to the minimum required standard.
