What It Does
A three roll mill grinds and disperses high-viscosity materials (pastes, gels, ointments, etc.) by applying high shear forces between three rotating rolls to achieve ultra-fine particle size distribution.
How It Works
The material is fed between the feed and center rolls. The three rolls rotate at different speeds in opposite directions, creating intense shear forces that break up agglomerates. The gap between rolls is adjustable for precise control.
